John Hoff
, Managing Partner has over 17 years of experience in building, managing and operating information technology services companies. In 2002, Mr. Hoff co-founded Blue Skies, LLC, an IT strategy and management company. As Managing Partner and CEO, Mr. Hoff has guided Blue Skies and its partner firms to over $12 million in revenue for 2006 and 20% average annual growth since inception. Prior to Blue Skies, Mr. Hoff was co-founder and COO of Plutus Enterprises where during his eight-year tenure he built the ERP services firm to 95 employees, $20 million in revenues and a 35% average annual profit margin.
Ron Enge
, Managing Partner has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting as well as managing and operating information technology services companies. Mr. Enge is the co-founder, Managing Partner and CFO of Blue Skies and is responsible for the organization and financial performance of Blue Skies and its partner firms. Under Mr. Enge’s leadership, Blue Skies and its partner firms have achieved over $12 million in revenues and remain debt free. Prior to Blue Skies, Mr. Enge spent eight years at Plutus in corporate and practice management and was key to exceeding corporate performance goals while growing the business to $20 million and 35% margins.
